These Terms & Conditions apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by ZAMA Cleaning. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

ZAMA Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and short-term rental turnover cleaning. Services are performed according to the scope agreed upon at booking.

Any service not listed in the original booking may require additional time and fees.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. This includes keys, lockboxes, entry codes, or on-site access.

If our team is unable to access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to a fee.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a late cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service, depending on the situation.
Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future services.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the information provided at booking, including size, condition, and scope of work.

Final pricing may be adjusted if the property condition differs significantly from what was described.
One-time and specialty cleanings require payment at booking. Recurring and commercial clients are billed after service with a card on file for convenience.
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
ZAMA Cleaning accepts the following forms of payment:
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay (when available)
Credit card on file for recurring residential and commercial services
ACH / bank transfer or business checks for approved commercial clients only.

Cash, personal checks, and peer-to-peer payment applications (including Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle) are not accepted.

All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment systems. Payment authorization is required prior to service, and cards on file may be charged for completed services, approved adjustments, late cancellations, or no-shows in accordance with these terms.

5. Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:

Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will address reasonable concerns related to the original scope of work.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
This policy does not apply to areas inaccessible at the time of service or tasks outside the agreed scope.

We do not offer re-cleans or refunds for issues reported after the 24-hour window.

6. Supplies & Equipment

ZAMA Cleaning provides all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

If a client requests the use of specific products, they must be clearly identified and provided by the client.

7. Health & Safety

For the safety of our team:

Clients must secure pets during service.
Unsafe or hazardous conditions (biohazards, mold, excessive clutter, aggressive animals, etc.) may result in service refusal.
We reserve the right to leave a job site if conditions are deemed unsafe.

8. Damages & Liability

Our team takes great care while cleaning. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

ZAMA Cleaning is not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing damage
Improperly secured or fragile items
Damage caused by faulty installations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

9. Short-Term Rental & Commercial Services

For Airbnb, short-term rental, and commercial properties:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate schedules and access details.
Time-sensitive turnovers depend on availability and property condition.
We are not responsible for guest complaints resulting from factors outside cleaning scope (maintenance, inventory, amenities, etc.).

10. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and work to reschedule as soon as possible.

11. Termination of Service

ZAMA Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including but not limited to repeated cancellations, non-payment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services from ZAMA Cleaning, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
