Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have a concern related to the original scope of work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can review and address it. Concerns reported after this window may not be eligible for adjustment.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
